What mobile devices can read my Tag?

A Tap and Tag can be read by any phone that has NFC capabilities. Make sure NFC is enabled in your phone's settings if you have an Android. Your Tap and Tag QR code can still be scanned by incompatible devices.

30. Do they have to have a Tap and Tag in order to scan mine?

No! Your Tap and Tag can be read by any smartphone. Both the Tap and Tag app and a Tap and Tag are not required for other people to read your Tap and Tag. A Tap and Tag may be read by any smartphone.

31. Does the other person require a digital business card from Tap and Tag?

No, if you want to share your profile, all you need is a Tap and Tag. To receive your details, the recipient only needs to have NFC turned on.

  • Which devices/mobiles can be compatible with NFC tags?

No matter what phone you have, everyone can use a Tap and Tag gadget! You can still activate and use your Tap and Tag gadget even if your phone isn't on the list. NFC may be enabled on some Android devices, but it may be disabled in phone settings.
