Troubleshooting
IPhone
1) Verify that your Tap and Tag is activated and that your information is entered into our app. 2) Verify that the iPhone model is appropriate.
3) Verify that their iPhone's top rear is in contact with your Tap and Tag.
4) In addition, here's how I'll read your tag:Their phone's display needs to be on.
Their camera cannot be open
Their phone cannot be in airplane mode
their flashlight cannot be on.
Android
Verify that your Tap and Tag is activated and that your information is entered into our app.
Verify that the phone model is appropriate.
Verify that they are touching your Tap and Tag with the center of their phone's back.
Verify that "NFC" is turned on in the phone's settings.
How to enable NFC on an Android device
On some Android devices, NFC is disabled by default. Go to your phone's settings and look up "NFC" if your Android is having trouble reading Tap and Tag. Make sure this is switched on after that.
